The Forming
of
Your New Career,Inc. |
|
Stuart Taylor and Ry Smith formed YNC based upon the belief that there is a growing interest among older adults to work for themselves. Unlike the opportunities for professional help available through career guidance firms for people employed by others, self-employment education is fractionalized, and no one is providing the complete educational package for this market.
The executives of YNC have wide experience in starting and managing successful companies, as well as broad backgrounds in education and training. Based upon their own experience in starting businesses, Stuart and Ry believe that you do
not have the maximum chance of success by simply reading a book, filling out forms on a Website or talking with your friends. YNC was developed, therefore, to provide a unique package of integrated services of assessment, personalized curriculum and one-on-one coaching.
