Jack had survived 3 layoffs
and was very concerned when the axe would fall on him. He decided that now might be the right time to investigate his long-term interest in acquiring a franchise. The Questionnaire provides YNC personnel with background information including work skills, education and other background information. Of particular importance in Jack’s case was the analysis of his basic makeup to be a successful franchise owner. Jack later confirmed that the YNC assessment pinpointed several skill areas where he needed work. When Jack had completed
mastering QuickBooks, he was provided the name of a YNC certified coach, a man who had purchased a restaurant franchise 4 years ago.
The coach was an invaluable resource – always on call through email and scheduled phone conversations. “There’s no substitute for talking to someone who’s been there” said Jack.
Jack was subsequently a great success eventually purchasing 3 (XYZ) franchises, all within a 20-mile radius of his home.
